Kate Olmstead

With over 15 years of Community Management experience, Kate has done and seen it all...at least when it comes to Community. She has deep experience in program development, engagement and relationship building, crisis management and mitigation, and both launching 0>1 communities and scaling already existing communities. Prior to Openwater Kate worked at Reddit, Electronic Arts, and a number of small to mid size gaming companies. An East Coast transplant (by way of a BA at Boston University) who has now called California home for nearly two decades she must finally admit that the weather ain't too shabby out here (but East Coast still reigns supreme for pizza).
